Fully equipped Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen has a four ring ceramic hob and cooker hood, oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, full set of pans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and all cooking utensils. The utility room has a washer dryer, ironing board and iron.

We also have an iPod speaker system, bring your music with you, much better than relying on someone else's CD collection. All windows and doors have electronic shutters. There are marble floors throughout the apartment.

Two great pools!

There are two superb large swimming pools on the complex, the apartment overlooks the smaller of the two, the second one is down a few steps in front of you. Both pools can clearly be seen from the apartments terrace.

The apartment is a first floor 'Penthouse' apartment in a block of four, there is no apartment above you. Access to the front door is via the stairs or by the lift. The lift takes you down to the ground floor or to the underground garage where there is a parking space for your car.

... and there's Golf and beautiful walks.

The 9 hole golf course is right in front of you. The La Cala Golf Courses Resort, five minutes away by car, features three of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol, together with their practice short course, the David Leadbetter Academy, and Club House, it is the biggest golf complex in Spain.

There are a further 20 golf courses within a twenty minute driving radius of the apartment. We can arrange all your course bookings and golf club hire.

This is also the place for walkers, miles of beautiful, unspoilt, countryside are just waiting to be explored!
