Booking information

This is an apartment for four people, situated on a very quiet residential complex.
It is ideal for family holidays, golfers, walkers and bird watchers. The pools on the complex are excellent.
The apartment is situated a few kilometres up a hill from Elviria on the Costa del Sol. The driving time to the beach from the apartment is approximately eight minutes.
Changeover day is flexible and can be arranged to suit you.
This is a no smoking apartment, smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the terrace.
Minimum stay is five nights.
A car is essential.
No pets allowed.
The rental cost is fully inclusive of electricity, water, air conditioning, heating and cleaning. The apartment is fully stocked with all towels (except beach towels), bedding and all utensils provided.
Towels and all bedding are changed weekly.
Late Arrivals: UK airlines are increasingly running flights that arrive late at Málaga Airport. As you will be met in person by our agent at El Soto de Marbella, we regret that we have to levy an addition charge of up to 40 Euros for late arrivals. As it can take up to an hour and a half to collect your baggage and queue for your rental car, you should allow two hours from landing to arriving at the apartment. The charge will therefore apply to all flights that land after 10.30 p.m. This charge can be avoided by booking a flight that arrives earlier in the day.

Booking terms

A 20% deposit, non refundable, is required with any booking. The balance to be paid six weeks before the start of your booking, or in full on booking if less than six weeks to the booking date.
Payment can be made in Pounds Sterling or in Euros. The preferred payment method is by bank transfer, although payments by cheque are accepted.
A security deposit of £150, or 200 Euros, is also required when paying the balance. The apartment will be checked shortly after you leave, and subject to their being no breakages the deposit will be refunded to you straight away.
Claims against the security deposit will only be made in the event of damage caused other than by fair wear and tear. We ask clients to notify us of any damage promptly.
The apartment should be left in a reasonable condition so that it can be quickly prepared for the next clients. If abnormal cleaning is required this may be chargeable against the security deposit.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the terrace.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
If you need to cancel your booking please note the following cancellation charges apply:
Cancellation made more that 6 weeks before the booking - deposit only.
Cancellation 42-28 days before the booking - 50%
Cancellation 27-14 days before the booking - 65%
Cancellation 13 days or less before the booking - 100%
We recommend you purchase adequate travel insurance so that any unforseen cancellation costs could be covered.
